exercising more
so yeah i kinda went off on exercising, and went away from how to start into being healthy and more into just people's excuses.
but yeah i good way to get started is to find someone who knows about it, ask for information or for him/her to show you.
find time, that is the main thing, you have to make time and be deliberate about working out, you can't just roam about the gym, you need a plan.
maintaining your workout and diet is another of the most important parts, you have to stay motivated. this is one of the things i don't know much about, i have plenty of motivation for some reason, but if you have trouble staying motivated there are a few tips i know, have a friend to lift with, they say with someone who also needs help being motivated, but i would think if you have someone more motivated than you he/she would help you more.
also making goals that can be reached fairly easily helps too i hear.
