today workout is maxing pullups with a 3 min break between set
22,15,12,10,11
next part is "annie" (50-40-30-20-10 Double unders, situps)
7:44 no idea it that is good or not. du need work obviously, but situps surprised me too.

Now Audra and I are going to do a tabata workout with kb swings, mountain climbers, split lunges, and planks.

I was hoping to be up to like 23 or 24 pullups by now, need to start doing them more. also when I was doing them I could really feel it on my inner forearms.
