The rest of the day was spent playing halo and halo wars, I have been watching a lot of starcraft 2 so I have really been wanting to play RTS games, and since I have a mac, halo wars is about the only one I have.
The workout was shoulder press 5x5 @ 135, next was 21-15-9 deadlift(225) & handstand pushups, done in 9:15, then finished with 21-15-9 of burpees and box jumps. 4:26
Then we watched community, it was sweet.
