3/3 mile about 2;25 that was about the breakdown of my 1.5 mile run.
Next was pushups in a minute, did 60, not great since my arms are a bit sore.
Situps was 40 in a minute, not a great number, but I did them without my feet hooked in anywhere.
Last was max pullups, got 22, bad. I can always get at least 23, sometimes 24, so that wasn't great, but just gotta keep working, and make sure I take a 2 day break before the fit test.
Also, today I went to la grande to look around for a place to rent this summer, didn't really accomplish much, looked at a few and got some papers and some better answers to exactly how I need to apply to get a place. But I will do that next month i think. tonight my family is going to Barley Browns, which is a local brewery pub type place with amazing burgers, I really want one, but I am going to lean out a bit so hopefully I can get a salad instead.
