Squats, 300, cardio, la grande, 4/18/12

Yesterday's workout was really good. I did
5x5 Squat with 225, 245, 265(only 4, little heavy), 245, 245
Then did the 300 workout in 18:16, it is
25 pullups
50 Deadlifts with 135
50 pushups
50 box jumps
50 Floor wipers
50 1 arm clean and press with 36lbs
25 pullups.

Today, my Fiance Audra and I went to La Grande and applied for an apartment in La Grande, it is nothing special at all, just a little one bedroom place that will be good for the next 6 months while I work in la grande then we will figure out what to do after that. Hopefully I will find out in a few days if our application was accepted. I am really excited about living in my first place with Audra in a couple months.

It was a fun day with Audra and my mom though, after we went to la grande we got back and made a really simple, really good, and pretty healthy dinner. As far as I know it was just black beans, sweet potatoes(baked), then you back both of them together, add some chilli pepper and some other stuff, then put it in a burrito, very very good.

My double unders numbers were
120,120,109,113
I was rowing pretty close to a 1:45/500 meter pace, which left me a little over 2 minutes for double unders.
