angina pectoralis

So hearing about the angina pectoralis scared me a little bit. When I was younger, like in middle school and early high school, I was not in shape at all. My dad used to say he was worried about me getting heart disease and dying before him, yeah freaky. Anyway I used to get random chest pains sometimes. I am not sure what they were, but all during class I was trying to remember that pain, how it felt, where it was located. But I couldn't really remember anything, sad. But now I am in a lot better shape so I am not to worried anymore.
