I really like learning about the cardiovascular system and the heart. I spend a lot of time running and working out and being active as much as possible. So i really like learning about what nutrition and lifestyle choices can help with your heart and overall heath. I took a nutrition class that I liked quite a bit. I had forgotten which of the cholesterol's was bad though, so I will have to make a mental note that Low Density is bad. I guess it doesn't matter to much that I know that because I know which foods are healthy. But it is nice to know.
