eating healthy

another of the factors that can lead to a healthy or unhealthy life are eating habits. some people say or even actually think that they don't know enough facts about food to be healthy, which is retarded. most people just don't or stop caring after they get a bit older. but there are certain things that are really easy to do that can help and that everyone already know to be generally healthy. one, carbs are bad. not all carbs, but white bread starchy carbs and starchy noodles. people might not know that noodle are unhealthy but if they just think for a second they can figure it out, because everyone does know that wheat bread is healthier than white bread. too much sugary stuff is not good. natural food is best, fruits and vegies are never going to be unhealthy, which everyone knows. fast food = bad, duh. chicken is the healthy meat. i take alot of time and effort researching stuff about getting in better shape and one of the biggest things is your diet, i know alot of other facts and have constructed a pretty good diet regiment for myself, but it is pretty strict. so those were just a few obvious things that people already know. another problem with people's diet is that they underestimate the calories and unhealthy things in food and tend to overestimate how much they burn doing exercises, so they think if they workout then they can afford to cheat, but that will not get you anywhere and will often times to the opposite because the cheating overdoes the exercising. which brings me to my next point of being generally healthy. exercising, my favorite.
