Worked on snatches and hang snatch, felt really good, not really heavy but just felt like I am getting better on my form. work part is
5 Rnds for time-
10 x Hang Snatch (95#)
30 x Double Under (good, more DU practice)

i Think is pretty good, looking at the online times, not the fastest but definitely towards the top 20%, last two sets felt great, I was really focussing on landing low in my snatches, none of the DU sets were unbroken, terrible, my last set I screwed up at 28, but they feel smoother than they used to. pretty quick but a really good workout as far as increasing some of my technical knowledge moves.
