Well Jerame had to go back to baker to do a roof, so I am in charge again for a couple days, which again is really cool cause I want to earn my free bedroom. Nothing to exciting going on. Been watching Avatar, playing star craft 2, just got back from the gym.
Todays workout was really random, I went there planning to do the crossfit.com workout, but the exercise room(the only place where there is room to do anything in that building) was taken up by a class, so I did a random one.
started with a run at 6 pace for half mile, then went 5:40 for a half, then 5:20 for a half, then just sprinted at 5 for as long as I could.
Next did Front Squats with random stuff
10x Front Squat 135
60 pushups
5x F Squat 185
10 HS puhups
10 F Sq. again
40 Back extensions
5 F Sq.
50 situps
10F. Sq.
So yeah pretty much all over but obviously focusing of Front Squat. Got me really tired.
Oh! I also made a protein bar thing today, they need to cool, so I won't get one until just before bed, I will post about them and the recipe tomorrow.
Now time for the Halo Council and Star Craft(yes that is as nerdy as it sounds and involves two computers)
