didn't work out yesterday, but today I watched the storage units for Jerame, I rented out two 10x15 units, which is really cool because Jerame left me on the weekends so that I could watch the units so that he could get some time to leave ontario and he offered to let me live for free, so it makes it feel like I am actually helping him and earning my room.
With todays workout I did 5x5 bench @ 210 and 5x5 Back Squat @ 245, with 90 seconds between each lift and set. with bench I was only able to get 5 reps 3 times, the last two i did 4 reps.
Next was 10.9.8....2.1 of dips/pushups/jump squats. then I got on the treadmill as fast as possible and ran a 6 minute mile, which was rough because the first 30 seconds or so was just getting the treadmill up to speed. So I had to finish the last sixth or so of the mile at a 5 minute mile pace. Good times.
I am a little disappointed about my back squat, since I haven't had a rack to do any heavy squat I haven't been able to really work at heavy squat. I could have done more but since that is the heaviest I have squated in a long time I didn't want to push anything.
Also, I have been watching a ton of community today, it is a really funny show, but on hulu they only have about 6 or 7 commercials and some of them replay alot, well lets just say I definitely am not going to be playing any of the Max Pain 4 game. looks terrible and has a ridiculous plot line.
Jerame and I have been playing a ton of Halo this last week so I didn't play any today at all, just watched starcraft, community, worked(kinda), worked out, and that is about it, there is really not much to do in a town where you don't know anyone and you have to stay in the house so that you can answer the door between 8 and 7, there is not a whole lot to do.
Oh I forgot, I also read a book called "Ready Player 1" I have never been addicted to a book like that, I read all last night and this morning, pretty much 10 solid hours of reading in a total of 20 hours(with sleep time), it was a really interesting and good book about everything nerd. So if anyone reading this likes really old video games, old movies, old music, and really anything that has to do with the 80's you will love this book.
