Crossfit

Hello, I know I don't have any followers or anyone reading, but I have been doing crossfit/sealfit on and off for about 6 months now, done the workouts but never really kept a best time of the usual ladies, so I figured this was a good place to leave them, today workout(sealfit) was warmup burpees x25 and kb swings x50, then fran, then max bench, then bench/pushup expl., then 2 mile run. so my first record of CF ladies starts with Fran.
Fran (with deadhang pullups) was 4:45

Also, new PR bench- 233, felt like i could have gone another 5 lbs, but no spotter and a really shifty bench set scares me.
