Good morning, I am sure that if anyone is reading this they realized that my last blog contained way more than just workout stuff, I am going to be using this almost as a journal, but still mostly focussing on workouts. I watched this video this morning where this guy went over Darth Maul surviving and Obi Won being the main character instead of there not really being a main character. A very good and well thought out video that I honestly think could have changed the whole Trilogy. I would assume that most star wars fans would agree with this cat. I think that is about it for now. I will edit this later with more thoughts and more workout stuff. Gotta go watch some SC2 @ MLG.
Jerame got SC2, it took forever to install but it is a very fun game, I am not doing any battle.net stuff, just playing through the campaign, very good.
I didn't know what to do today for a workout, I was stumped going to the gym, I ended up doing 6 sets of cleans with 145-170, then did random sets with hang clean and push press with 135, then I did ten sets of 5 hand stand pushups, 10 high jumps, 15 situps, it was actually decently tough, then I did 5 about 80 yard sprints, it was a really random workout but I couldn't find anything good or anything that wasn't sore from any of the crossfit sites I visit, if you want to know some of the cf sites leave a comment, if anyone is even there that is. well off to bed.
