2/17/12 (actually on 2/18)

I was out of town the last part of yesterday, I did go on a run in the morning and do 60 pushups and 20 pullups, they were really tough. later did push press and Straight leg dead lift, then later did 7 rnd of 7 Hand stand pushups, 7 wall balls, 7 toes to bar, 7 burpees, 7 kb swings, 7 pullups, none of it was terribly hard, then went to baker with my Fiance and her parents to visit my mom, I think everything went pretty well.
today, took today off, Also took a break from my diet as I just ate about 6 or 7 pieces of homemade pizza(so each piece was about half the size of a normal piece, also it was chicken, pesto, with light cheese, so not terrible). Tomorrow I need to do my Fire fighter fit test, I am nervous about the run, It is just a practice test for a crew that I am not going to work for, but it will give me an idea of how I can do this summer, but yeah pretty worried about my mile and a half run.
Also, I don't have my weights anymore, took them to baker, In a few days I will move to Ontario and start going to the gym with my buddy Jerame, who I recently got into Crossfit, he is my closest best friend so he and I hang out and do lots of gaming and stuff. Really excited to move in with him, will miss my Fiance a whole whole bunch while I am in Ontario, but I am excited for a little change and lots of gaming and working out with jerame right before I get married. I am kinda seeing it as a month long session of time where I can do just all my favorite activities(aside from seeing my love Audra every day) but lots of lifting, gaming, and just goofing around with Jerame, should be fun. But really super excited to get married this summer!
