Nurition & Firefighting

I just realized during my run today that I have not been eating great, I mean I have been eating clean, but I used to eat an apple, orange, and banana every day. Now I am lucky if I get one, and I haven't had a banana in a week, which is huge. Gotta change that. Also carrots, need some vegetables.

Also, since I have recently been blogging here and I actually linked my blog on some places I figured I would explain why I am pushing hard for pullups pushups and mile and 1/2 run. I do summer wildland firefighting, this summer I have a new job on a Type 1 Crew that will involve rappelling out of a helicopter to fight fires(pretty badass right) but part of the reason I got the job was that my last bosses/references told this place I am working this year that I am the shit, that I am in great shape and will out workout almost everyone on the crew. My new bosses asked me about how I would do in the fit test(which is the workout I listed earlier) I told them I would get under 8:20 for the mile and a half, which I have done before but I haven't been running recently, I said I would get 75 for pushups(I did 72 this morning so I am actually doing well there), for pullups I said 25, I am at 22, been there for two months but I haven't been working pullups that hard, I need to change that this week. that is all for these thoughts.
