just did a warmup of max pushups and max pullups, 72 & 22, pushups were good, but I am still stuck at 22 pullups, and some of them were even a little lame pullups. Now going to warm up for my workout. going to do some kb swings, light cleans, and a few handstand pushups to get ready.

12:56, didn't feel terribly fast, on the last set I did push press with no legs, not even sure how you are supposed to do it, I need to research that one some more. I felt like I could have pushed more, but today doing the warmup my body was shaky, I just felt like I had nothing in my tank, so I am almost surprised that I even did the workout all the way as Rx'd.
Now going on a two mile run, nothing fast, just trying to get back into running so I can do good with the mile and a half run for work, thinking of going for a 7 minute mile, so pretty steady but not pushing.
Well I did it, 13:28, but I have never had that much trouble keeping a 7 min pace. I want to start doing 2 a days, not two huge workouts, but I want the first thing in the morning to be a mile to 2 mile run(easy run) then max pushups and pullups. Now that I have written it somewhere someone could read it I am hoping that I will actually do it.
