Today was a maxing day for crossfit, I did it with my friend Jerame since I moved to Ontario today,
1RM
Bench=240, Yes! got to 1 & 1/2 my body weight.
Clean=215, was finally able to get over my 200 lb plateau, and was catching it lower in a squat
OH Squat=155 still nothing magical, but a new pr, wanted more but scarred to push it too much without bumper plates.

Then we just worked on 4 sets of Front Squat, pretty good lift, excited for the next couple months with jerame, wish Audra was with me though.
