2/20/12 Fit test practice

I took the last two days off, so I think that helped a lot, especially with the run,
Mile & 1/2 in 8:08, which is my best time since 8:07 two summers ago.
did 64 pushups in a minute, 54 situps in a minute, and 25 pullups total, the first time I have done 25, the last pullup I did Kick a little but I really wanted 25.
Next did "Angie"
for time 100 of each
pullups, pushups, situps, squats. 18:08
Felt pretty good, again just still surprised at my mile and a half time, I didn't expect near that fast especially when I went on the warmup 1/4 mile jog. but pretty please with my lift today. Can't wait to get near some weights again though.!
