4-1-12 April Fools
I have no idea why I titled this april fools, I didn't troll anyone or do anything april fools like. Yesterdays workout was just 7 sets of heavy thrusters, I pretty much started with 135 and worked up to 185 on my last set. Got drunk with some friends from Boise last night, went to a bar played pool and the juke box, played some drinking card games, nothing crazy, just a pretty good time. Today I felt a bit beaten down from the drinking, I don't drink much, so I usually feel it the next day, we all went out for breakfast got a mess of bacon and eggs, pretty good, and I didn't throw my diet off too much, then had oatmeal as my second meal, then lifted then protein shake, so didn't have as many meals as I usually do, but feeling good now.
todays lift was bench 5x5 @ 210, was able to do all the reps, so next time I will move up with weight, next did 3 sets with 2 minute break between each round of 10 power cleans(155), 10 slow toe to bar, 10 dips.
Tomorrow going to run and hopefully do some deadlift then a crossfit workout. then heading to portland to visit my brothers, we will see how that all goes. peace out.
