4/10/12 blitzball

So apparently I haven't posted since the first of april. I went to portland to visit my brothers, nothing exciting at all there, seeing them was cool, but portland was just nothing exciting, my brothers also had to work.
When I got back I felt kinda sick, I hadn't been working out or eating very great while in portland so my body reacted weird, when I got back I started eating really clean and working out.

I don't remember all my workouts, I know there was a good one with 5 sets of 5 deadlift partnered with max handstand pushups, 2 minute break
there was also a day of bench with dips, then pullups with curls, abs
A day of running,
A day of the squat sequence that I did last week with oh squats, f squats, and back squats
A day of pyramid pullups, did 20, then pyramid workout up to 10, then another 12, then ab moves, then did two rounds of sparticus. This was yesterday by the way. Sparticus is a great little workout that hits almost all major muscle groups, a little weak on chest and no pullups though, but I it is a good circuit that gets you sweating and tired. here is a link.

back when I was doing personal training I recommended and actually did this workout with clients for good progress.
Also, I have been playing alot of final fantasy x, Jerame has been gone for the past 4 days so I haven't had much going on so I have just been playing FFX, which is why this post is called blitzball, it is a side game in ffx, it is not bad, but just gets old, but in order to get one of the character's ultimate weapon you have to play a bunch, so I am playing a bunch. I havent worded out yet today, I wanted to go for a run since it was so nice out, but jerame is still gone. I will post again later today with today's workout, nothing of the crossfit sites seems great yet..
Also, over the weekend I got to spend alot of time over the Easter Weekend with my Fiance Audra so that was pretty dang sweet.
