Yesterdays workout, Immortals
Yesterday was a pretty routine day, nothing really exciting is happening here in la grande, I am getting used to the roads and places I am going to be shopping and random stuff like that. I am again at Joe and Sugar's it is the cool coffee shop with wi fi and good coffee. I watched Immortals yesterday, I have seen it a few times before, just thought I would write about it since I recently watched Wrath of the Titans and they have similar themes. If you have to choose one to watch, definitely Immortals, it has better acting, better/similar story line, and better fight scenes. The main reason I like it more is the way they portray the gods in the film. In the Titans movies that gods are dying and frail and can lose in a fist fight with a human. In Immortals they are much more godly, they are younger looking, have better clothes, and most importantly they are like gods, anytime they fight humans they are so fast and powerful that the humans can barely react before they are destroyed. So I enjoy watching Immortals more. Also, my fiance got it for me for just a random present last month cause she is awesome. I think I have talked about Immortals some before cause I am pretty sure I have mentioned Henry Cavil, the main character, who is a badass.

In AM did a couple mile easy run.

5 RFT
30 Double Unders
10 OH Squats @ 100#
The OH squats weren't that heavy, I mean it was tough, but not terrible. Having said that I felt like the last set was my only proper set, the only set where it felt like I really locked my shoulders and back and kept the weight over my frame like I am supposed to.
Then I did
4 Sets
Push Press x4-5 (weight progressively more until last set was 145ish)
2 minute rest
Pullup 5-6 (Perfect form, 36# KB on feet)
2 minute rest
Then
5 Sets for Reps
Max Pushup in 60 seconds(first I got 65, then about 30 for each set after)
30 Second rest
Max Burpee in 60 Seconds(first got 25, then around 15 each set after)
30 second rest
That was tough, my chest is so sore, I don't think my chest has ever been this sore after just pushups.
Last was a 15 minute run at a doable pace, I say doable because it was actually not any faster than my morning pace, but it was way tougher.
Today I am sore almost everywhere in my upper body so the workout is going to involve probably Split Squats, maybe F. Squats, probably Deadlifts, and invictus involves some pullups and dips to, not exactly sure yet on the plan, but tomorrow I am definitely take off so a may have another tough workout ahead of me today.
I have already gone for a pretty easy run this morning, probably almost two miles.

That is a cool picture showing the changes of Master Chief through the Halo Series, I think it is neat and I am way excited about Halo 4, also halocouncil.com is a cool website for forums, videos, and shows on Halo 4 news, the competitive halo scene and other cool halo stuff in general.
Randomness; I am really excited about the Avengers movie.
Well I got to go, I have to have my locks changed and I am meeting the key guy in 20 minutes.
