Ontario, Deck of Cards, Audra, sushi

I came to Ontario Thursday night to watch my Friend Jerame's storage unit.
Thursday before I left I did I mean workout.

AM run.

Then, warmup was really good, 5 Turkish Getups, 10 KB swings, 10 pistols, right side then all those on the left side, 3 rounds through.
Then.
21-15-9
Strick Pullups
Thrusters @115
Burpees

It was terrible, it was such a surprisingly great workout, I felt like death during it, did it in 10:55, and it was just awesomely terrible. I can't tell why I felt so dead during it, I may have still been pretty sore after the last weeks workout, could have just been a bad day, but I think it was mostly the fact that I didn't eat very much that day, just coffee bacon and eggs, I didn't have oatmeal like I usually did by then, also I have just been eating less recently, I can tell that I am not quite as strong through some of my workouts as I was, hopefully I will get a little faster though.

Then I came to Ontario and Jerame left, then Audra came the next morning. It has been great seeing her again. Unfortunately it was only for a night though, she is leaving later this morning. She worked out with me yesterday which is always fun. we did a deck of cards workout, it is a great workout you can do with multiple people of different fitness ability.

We did:
-Hearts=pushups, I did explosive pushups, you can also do regular or modified(girls) pushups.
-Spades=she called them butt-ups, its where you lay on your back and lift your hips up, we did 4 for every     1 that showed up on the cards.
-Clubs=Squat Jumps, you can also do regular squats
-Diamonds=4 ct mountain climber, you can also sub in in-and-out work. Which is the lower part of the Burpee.
Some other workouts you can do are regular burpees or alternating split lunges or really any body weight workout.

So it is easy to do lots of different modifications. That way you can make the workout work with lots of different people.

It is always a good workout we can do together. then we went to sushi last night, it was awesome as usual, then walked to the movies and saw the lucky one. The new nicholas sparks movie with zac efron, it was okay, Audra liked it alot, I assume most girls like it alot, some parts of it were pretty clever. This morning hopefully the people coming to pave the storage units are coming, they were supposed to come yesterday but weren't able to so I gotta open the gates and close everything down so that no one can get it, which I am sure I will get a decent amount of angry people who want in there units, but I can't let them drive in there when the workers are going to be paving where they are driving. Maybe it won't be that bad though.

Later this morning I am going to go on a short run, not sure what I am going  for my workout today. Possibly deadlifts, and possibly shoulder press to overhead with pullups, not quite sure yet.

Also, I am pretty excited about Avengers this weekend, I have to come back to boise on Friday for a pre marriage meeting with the pastor that is going to marry us. So Audra and I will be able to go this weekend, then work starts next week. excited about that but pretty nervous about working with a new crew and group of people who I don't know yet.
