More la grande, some workout stuff

the last few days I have mostly been walking, just walking downtown and getting a grasp of the places and streets, I have a terrible sense of direction in towns so just cruising around my neighborhood and downtown has helped a lot. I still don't have internet, but I have found a cool coffee shop downtown with wi fi, I will probably come here to get internet, they also have great coffee, I am drinking a cup of coffee called "the phoenix and the turtle" pretty good, I have just been cruising around, watching some movies, most of them are ones that I have seen since it is from my collection. So nothing new.  Yesterday workout was:
two mile easy run in am

later:
100 pullups
work snatch, got to heavy snatch at 145, which for me is a lot, it is by far my worst lift, I don't squat under it at all, I need to work a ton on it, even that weight I didn't catch at a full snatch, I caught it halfway up and muscled it the rest of the way.
10 minute run, 5 out 5 back at a fast pace, like how most of the time when you go on a run it is a jog or gallop or something, this was a run, no quite a sprint, but pushing myself the entire time, it was tough.
When I got back I did Some Bent over Rows while I was making my shake, don't remember how much weight or reps but just worked some.

Oh, also I just remembered that one of the movies I watched was a new one, I remembered cause I was watching it while lifting so as I was describing my workout the scenes popped in my head. It was Tron: Legacy. It was very cool. It had great action. Cool story. Jeff Bridges is awesome. So is Olivia Wilde, and now Garrett Hedlund. It had some really cool music, Daft Punk did the music and they did an amazing job. I definitely recommend it even if you haven't seen the original Tron.

I just watched a clip from the Avengers movie of black widow in a scene, I am really excited for that movie, I need to get a poster of the Avengers I think.

So far today I have gone for my usual am run. that is about it, checking my usual sites for today's workout, I will probably post about it tomorrow.
