Working whatever I got left 4/11/12
So I am very sore today, my legs, thighs, butt, lats, upper back, most things except my hamstrings, chest and shoulders. Today's crossfitinvictus.com workout today happened to include shoulder press and deadlift, double unders, dips. I also threw some bench in there for fun.
I did
Bench 205# x 5 followed by sh. Press 95# x 8, 3 min break
205 x 5 then 115# x 5, 3 min break
215 x 4, 125 x 4, 3 min
215 x 3, 135 x 3, 3 min
220 x 2, 140 x 3
The Circuit part of the workout was
3 RFT (rounds for time)
-10 Dead Lift @ 275#
-15 Dips
-30 Double Unders
I did it in 8.03, which felt really slow, I had a lot of problems keeping my grip on the bar doing the deadlift, I was actually doing pretty much quick sets of just 1 or 2 at a time, not because my muscles weren't strong enough, but my hands were just ridiculously sweaty, I couldn't get any sort of grip on it. It was a really good workout, but the time and the way the deadlifts went was pretty dang frustrating.
Also, I got some netflix movies today, First Blood, and Back to the Future, I want to rewatch some classics over the summer, just really good ones I haven't seen in literally years. And when I say literally I mean it, cause that is kinda a pet peeve of mine, when people say literally but they actually mean figuratively or something that is not either of those words. Jerame also redboxed abduction with Taylor Lautner, will see how good it is.
