Really excited about todays workout
4 Sets of 2-3 reps with two minute breaks
Shoulder Press
Weighted Pullups
Then 'Annie' 50-40-30-20-10
Double Unders
Situps
I dd 6 sets instead, with 145 on Sh. Press and 70 lbs on weighted pullups.
Then I did 15 HSPU and 19 pullups
Annie was in 7:34, need to check with my last time to compare.
Did the set of 40 unbroken, situps were again surprising, DU were tough because I was wearing shorts that don't have a tie string so they would slide down.
Just checked my last time, 10 second improvement, nothing too great, but I think aside from the set of 30 I was quite a bit smoother doing the Double Unders.
All in all it was a really good and fun workout.
Now just watching avatar and about to make some green tea. Goodnight.
Quick side/end note, I want to stretch more and work more on gymnastics, I think I can practice in the side room at the gym, it is not huge but if no one else is in there I have room, and it is a little hard, also I need to buy dark chocolate next time I go to the store...
