3/8/12 back in ontario

Got back to Ontario tonight, then went to the gym with Jerame workout was
5 RFT
7 dumbell squat clean thruster (35lb)
10 pullups
my time was 7.01
felt pretty good, it wasn't too bad, pullups got tough.
Next I did some Jerks, didn't have a squat rack, the gym has only one and people were doing crappy lifts over by it, that was frustrating. just did 3 sets of 3 with 185 after warming up with a couple sets of 135.
Before I left Audra and I went to Shige Express, we love sushi and it is only a dollar a plate there so we ate a whole ton of sushi, it was great.
