3/14/12 oops

oops. forgot to post yesterday, nothing exciting. my workout was alot of fun though. it was 2 minute break between each set
4 minute run @ 5 minute mile pace
2 minute max pushups (85)
2 minute max back extension (40)
2 minute max situps (75)
2 minute max burpees (35)
4 minute run @ 6 minute mile for 2.5 minutes, 5 minute mile for last 1.5 minutes.
It was a very cool workout cause it was a mental day, how hard can i push my body for 2 or 4 minutes straight, how much can my mind push my body, it was a really cool sort of day.
today was another uneventful day, jerame just left tonight, so I am alone this weekend so should get very boring around here.
todays workout was a good one, surprising.
Back squat 5x5 @ 225, 245, 265, 275, 295, but only got 3 on the last set and man it was tough.
the circuit was 4 sets for time.
5 clean @ 135
10 pullups, deadhang, i don't do kipping
30 double unders. did really good, messed up on 26 on my third set, shoe came untied on my first set, so frustrating. got 7.24 could have done a little faster without those two things, pullups got very tough since my back was sore from pullups two days ago and the day before that. I kinda feel like i might have missed another post, cause I don't feel like i talked about both of those, but anyway my lats are a bit sore.
since jerame is gone and I will be very bored i will most likely do two a days for this weekend, I will let you know how that goes.
