3/30/12 squat max & pullups

I have been in Baker and Boise for the last few days, took a day off of workout, did a workout with audra of just pushups pullups thrusters pistols other random moves, then took another day off. Today was a solid day to hit it hard again.

the workout felt really good, tomorrow going to go back to either a run or insanity in the early afternoon to make two workouts for the day.
Audra'a 21st birthday party was pretty fun, we went downtown, got her most of her free birthday shots, and nobody got too drunk, she was definitely drunk, but not throwing up, not that many people came which was good cause I like to keep my drinking and partying pretty low key and casual, so it was a pretty good time.
Today Jerame and I were raping on Halo Reach, that is about it.
Also, very quickly about my nutrition, I have been in baker and boise, so it has been tough to follow my specific diet, and obviously alcohol is almost non existant in my diet, so I am going to be keeping it very strict for this weekend(unless one of my friends comes from boise to visit jerame and I) but aside from that I am going to keep it very strict, then next week I am going to portland which will again throw off my diet and my workout plan. But I haven't seen my brothers in a while.
