3/6/12 Deck of cards and emt

Today's workout I was in Boise and one of my favorite workouts to do with audra that doesn't take any equipment is the deck of cards. Shuffle a deck then do as many as the cards worth of that particular exercise.
Hearts=Burpees or 4-count Mountain Climber
Clubs=Pushups or Girl Pushups
Diamonds=2-count split jumping lunges
Spades=Jumping Squats
also face cards are worth more so
Jack=11
Queen=12
King=13
Ace=15
It gets pretty intense and Audra can take brakes as needed so that she can do it with me, it works really well for the two of us. Also there are a couple Alternate workouts that work better for Audra. So it is good because it is tough to find a workout that we can do together and both get a good workout from it.
My EMT test results kinda came back, I didn't get an actual score but I do know that I passed. So that is good. Now I need to apply for something on the website, I am not sure what it is actually for. I am certified but I can't work as an EMT yet, so I need to check that out.
