3/18/12 150/insanity
yesterday i again forgot to post, I forget alot, which is surprising considering I am not really doing anything. I would think that I would be bored enough to be posting stuff all day everyday. But there were some really good starcraft 2 games on all weekend. some really great tournaments to watch and learn. It is weird I feel like I have learned a lot about starcraft strategies and stuff but I really don't play, I just play a few games a day, usually against the computer. Also, I have started eating more veggies, fruit, and chicken, so yeah, I need to see if that does anything. I am not quite sure yet whether I want to get a little bigger or a little leaner, My fiance got me immorals a couple days ago cause she is amazing. I looked at the main actor, Henry Cavil, he looks lean and mean in that movie, but he is also going to be superman in the man of steel movie coming out where he looks quite a bit bigger, not sure which look i really want to go for, I feel like I am kinda in the middle between lean and thick. I will figure it out i suppose.
So yesterdays workout was a run during the day, 10 minute run, about a mile and 3/4. Then later in the day I went to the gym and did 150 pullups. just maxed with 23, then took a minute break and just kept plugging away with minute breaks between each set. Today I did insanity during the day, I am always surprised at how tough they are whenever I bust out a dvd after a few months. I was thinking of going to the gym tonight, but realized that I am sore everywhere, so I not going, thinking of doing either deadlift or C&J tomorrow. Will see which crossfit sites look good.
