3/13/12 been a while
Hey, it has been a few days since I have blogged, since i did the 12.3 workout, I took a day off after the workout due to that fact that my fiance was visiting, i didn't want to just ditch her and take off to the gym. Yesterday jerame and I went to the gym we did
5x5 bench with max pullups mixed in. started with 205, last two sets were able to get 210. so next time i need to do probably 215.
then we did the regular crossfit workout of the day.
there was actually a guy there doing the wod as well, it was quite rare and interesting to see someone else doing cf with us. it was

surprisingly rough, especially the pushups, i mean obviously the HSPU were the toughest but the most surprising was the pushups. good workout, I need to start running more again. I need to do that tonight after tonights workout, not sure what it is. I will post more about it later, been playing and watching lots of starcraft and some halo. MLG is next weekend, should be a very fun event to watch, kinda sad though since it may well be the last halo tournament at mlg until halo 4 comes out, since reach sucks.
